Since 2010 has worked at the UNDP Project Office in Poland, where she specializes in gender, facilitates international cooperation and is currently responsible for a gender budgeting initiative for Polish municipalities. She also coordinated UNDP’s ‘Centre for Contemporary India Research and Studies’ project. Previously she coordinated the project “Women's Entrepreneurship Centers in Kosovo. Supporting economic development of Dukagjini region” of the Partners Poland Foundation. Completed research on labor migrations from Western Macedonia (FYROM) to Italy. Runs workshops in gender awareness, equal opportunities and development education. Holds BA in cultural anthropology and MA in Italian philology, completed postgraduate studies in Gender Mainstreaming at the Polish Academy of Sciences.
